All servicing, repairs and calibrations of Socorex products is provided by:

All Socorex units require a completed Pipette and Dispenser Decontamination Certificate which can be downloaded using the link below.
Any units that have not been correctly decontaminated and/or do not have an accompanying Decontamination Certificate will not be accepted by FLINDERS BIOMEDICAL ENTERPRISES (FBE)
When completing the Pipette and Dispenser Decontamination Certificate please make sure you provide full details of the nature of the repairs or services required, taking note to include any specific areas of attention.
For Vistalab Pipettors
All servicing, repairs and calibrations of Vistalab products will be organised by Interpath Services and these are sent to Vistalab USA for attention.
All units require a completed Pipette and Dispenser Decontamination Certificate which can be downloaded using the link below.
